About Fertility Network USA
Fertility Network USA is a United States fertility clinic directory. The directory indexes 582 IVF, IUI, and ART clinics across 293 US cities in 52 states. All clinical outcome data displayed on this site originates from the CDC's National ART Surveillance System (NASS), 2022 Annual Report. No clinic pays to alter its success rate data.
What Fertility Network USA Is
Fertility Network USA is a passive information directory. It does not provide medical advice, facilitate appointments, or intermediary consultations. It presents federally reported clinical outcome data alongside clinic contact information.

The Problem This Directory Solves
Most fertility clinic directories rank clinics by paid placement, display self-reported success rates, or cite no primary data source. A patient searching for an IVF clinic in New York, Los Angeles, or Chicago cannot determine from most directories whether the top-ranked result is top-ranked because of clinical outcomes or because the clinic paid for the position.
Fertility Network USA displays CDC-reported live birth rates as the primary data point for every free clinic listing. The CDC figure is the same number that appears in the federal database. No clinic can pay to change it.
How the Data Works
The CDC National ART Surveillance System
The CDC National ART Surveillance System (NASS) was established under the Fertility Clinic Success Rate and Certification Act of 1992. The Act requires every fertility clinic performing ART procedures in the United States to report annual outcome data to the CDC. Reporting is not voluntary. Clinics that do not report are listed as non-reporting on the CDC’s public database.
- Data collected: IVF cycles started, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, live births, singleton births, multiple births
- Segmented by: patient age group (<35, 35–37, 38–40, 41–42, >42), egg type (own vs. donor), embryo type (fresh vs. frozen)
- Publisher: Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
- Secondary source: Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART)
What “Live Birth Rate” Means
A live birth rate is the number of ART cycles that resulted in the birth of at least one living infant, divided by the total number of cycles started in that reporting year. The CDC calculates and publishes this figure per clinic, per age group. The rate displayed on Fertility Network USA is the CDC’s published figure for patients under 35 using their own eggs — the most widely referenced benchmark in ART outcome reporting.
Why 2022 Is the Current Standard
The CDC ART Surveillance Report has a 9–10 month publication lag. Pregnancy outcomes must be fully tracked — including delivery, singleton vs. multiple birth confirmation, and live birth verification — before the CDC finalizes the dataset. As of September 2026, the 2022 Annual Report is the most recent federally published and validated ART dataset in existence. The 2023 and 2024 reports have not been published by the CDC.
All competing fertility clinic directories in the United States reference the same 2022 dataset. No directory has access to more current federal ART data.

What Fertility Network USA Does Not Do
The following practices are absent from this directory:
- Accept payment to alter CDC success rate data. The live birth rate displayed for each clinic is the CDC-published figure. It is not editable through any commercial arrangement.
- Display self-reported success rates. Every success rate on this site comes from federal surveillance data, not from clinic marketing materials or press releases.
- Independently audit clinical outcomes. Fertility Network USA is a data presentation directory. It relies on the CDC NASS dataset and does not conduct its own clinical audits or laboratory inspections.
- Rank free listings by payment. The order of free clinic listings on city pages reflects CDC data signals, not commercial relationships.
- Provide medical advice. The directory presents publicly available federal data. It is not a medical consultation service. Patients should consult a licensed reproductive endocrinologist for medical guidance.
Sponsored and Featured Placements
FTC Compliance — 16 CFR Part 255
Fertility Network USA offers paid placement options to fertility clinics:
- Featured Listing — priority display position with a "Featured" label (\$499/month)
- Sponsored Top 3 — guaranteed top-3 city page position with a "Sponsored" label (\$899/month)
All paid placements are labeled "Featured" or "Sponsored" in the interface. Paid placement position does not alter, influence, or override the CDC live birth rate data displayed for any clinic. The clinical outcome data for a sponsored clinic is identical to what the CDC reports — paying for placement does not change the number.
- Paid placements are labeled clearly in the UI
- CDC data is identical for sponsored and free listings
- FTC endorsement guidelines (16 CFR Part 255) are followed

Frequently Asked Questions
Where does Fertility Network USA get its success rate data?
All success rate data on Fertility Network USA originates from the CDC National ART Surveillance System (NASS), 2022 Annual Report. The CDC collects this data under the Fertility Clinic Success Rate and Certification Act of 1992, which mandates annual reporting from all ART clinics operating in the United States. No clinic provides its own success rate figures to this directory.
Is Fertility Network USA affiliated with the CDC or SART?
No. Fertility Network USA is an independent directory. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART), or any government agency. It uses publicly available federal data.
Can a clinic pay to improve its CDC success rate ranking?
No. The CDC live birth rate displayed for each clinic is the figure the CDC published in the 2022 Annual Report. No payment, commercial arrangement, or advertising relationship with Fertility Network USA changes that number. Paid placements affect display position only — and are labeled as such.
How current is the clinic data?
The primary data source is the CDC NASS 2022 Annual Report — the most recent federally published ART dataset as of September 2026. The CDC has not published the 2023 or 2024 ART reports. Clinic contact details (address, phone, website) are reviewed periodically and updated when corrections are submitted.
How is Fertility Network USA different from Zocdoc or Healthgrades?
Zocdoc and Healthgrades display appointment booking, user reviews, and self-reported clinic information. Fertility Network USA displays federally-reported ART clinical outcome data (live birth rates, cycle volumes) sourced exclusively from the CDC NASS annual report. The two directory types serve different information needs.
How do I list my clinic?
