All live birth rate and clinical outcome data displayed on this site is sourced from the CDC National ART Surveillance System (NASS), 2022 Annual Report, which is the most recent federally published ART dataset as of the effective date of these terms. Fertility Network USA does not independently verify or audit these figures.

Clinic contact information (address, phone, website) is collected from public sources and clinic submissions. This information may become outdated. Fertility Network USA does not guarantee that clinic contact details are current, complete, or accurate at the time of your visit.

5. Clinic Listing Submissions

By submitting clinic details through the List Your Clinic form, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to submit information on behalf of the clinic
• The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You consent to your submitted information being stored, reviewed, and published as a clinic directory listing on fertilitynetworkusa.com
• You agree to notify us of material changes to your clinic’s contact details, physician information, or operational status

Fertility Network USA reserves the right to decline, edit, or remove any clinic listing at its discretion, including listings that contain inaccurate information or that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, layout, original written content, and code of fertilitynetworkusa.com are the property of Fertility Network USA. CDC ART data is a product of the US federal government and is in the public domain.

You may not scrape, reproduce, redistribute, or republish the compiled directory dataset — including the combination of clinic names, contact details, and CDC figures as assembled on this site — for commercial purposes without written permission.
